WHO WE ARE
Everest Colour Ltd. is a paint manufacturing company established in 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.) in Nepal. The company was founded by a team of young and dynamic professionals—Mr. Saroj Luitel, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sitaula, and Mr. Nabin Niroula—who brought extensive experience from leading paint companies within the same trade.
From its establishment in 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.) to the present day, Everest Colour Ltd. has achieved remarkable growth within a relatively short period—insignificant in the lifespan of an industry—yet it has successfully emerged as a forerunner in Nepal’s paint industry.
With a strong focus on research and development (R&D) and the use of modern technology, Everest Colour Ltd. delivers high-quality products to the Nepalese paint market. The company manufactures a wide range of products, including exterior and interior emulsion paints and primers, enamel paints, wood and metal primers, acrylic distempers, aluminum paints, gold paints, cement paints, floor paints, industrial paints, and more.
2011 AD
The company was established by Mr. Saroj Luitel, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sitaula and Mr. Nabin Niroula with the aim of providing high quality products with customer satisfaction and making the nation self-depend in the paint sector. The company registered as Everest Colour Pvt. Ltd. at Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur, Nepal with the high moral of becoming as the Mount Everest-Top of the Top.
2014 AD
In 2014, the factory was shifted to Sivaghat, Bharatpur, Chitwan with expanded area of 7,000 square feet for enhancing production and comfortable distribution of the products.
2018 AD
In the early morning of 30 May 2018, approx. 6:30 AM, a huge fire broke out into the factory due to electric short-circuit that completely destroyed the factory premises along with all the machines, raw-materials, packaging materials, finish products and other assets of the company.
2018 AD
Due to the fire, nothing was left except ashes. But within the 3 months of period,the production started again in just 600 square feet with the support of all the stakeholders of the company and the unforgettable leadership of the Managing Director and his motivated Team from Dharapani in Bharatpur, Chitwan from August 2018.
2019 AD
Hopes began to grow on the legacy of the company and its reputation for quality products. Now for mass production required land and its own building. The Company purchased 36450 sq.ft. land and started Factory construction in an area of 13500 sq.ft. Keeping aside the past, the product range has been expanded with innovative research and development. New products Bell Interior Emulsion and Eversine Exterior Emulsion have been launched.
2021 AD
Despite of COVID-19 and economical crisis in the country, new factory construction completed and entire factory shifted to new placeon the auspicious occasion of Bishwakarma Puja on 1st Aswin 2078. Production started with modern technology machines and well equipped modern laboratory. With research and development, new premium products like Everguard Premium Exterior Emulsion (with 7 years warranty) and Everlac Hi-Gloss Enamel has been launched in market. Meanwhile targeting the customer with low income, economic products like Evercoat Exterior Emulsion and Fuchche Bell Interior Emulsion has been developed and launched into the market.
2023 AD
In 2023, new products were introduced, including Sapphire Luxury Interior Emulsion for the inner layer, Brilliant Damp Proof based on seepage-stopping technology, along with high-performance exterior and interior DTS primers.
2024 AD
On 24th June 2024, Everest Colour Private Limited transitioned to a Public Limited company, officially registered as Everest Colour Limited with the office of the company registar. In response to competitive market demand, new products for the inner layer were launched, including Daisy Emulsion, Alien Emulsion and Gaida Enamel.
2025 AD
In 2025, the company strengthened its emulsion portfolio with the launch of three new exterior products:
EVERSTAY Super Premium Exterior Emulsion with a 12-year warranty, EVERTOP Super Premium Exterior Emulsion with a 10-year warranty, and the budget-friendly Evergreen Exterior Emulsion. These additions enhance durability, protection, and performance for a wide range of customer needs.
The company also expanded its presence by opening a new branch office in Biratnagar, ensuring smoother supply chain operations and improved service for customers across Eastern Nepal.
